LET THEM BE KIDS Providence Bay Beach Playground Project

Donations can be mailed to the
Providence Bay and Spring Bay Lions Clubs
Recently, the LET THEM BE KIDS foundation granted the Providence Bay Beach Playground Project a 50/50 matching grant toward their project.

Providence Bay Beach is a treasured playground area within the town of Providence Bay. It is in need of revitalization and a playground upgrade to create a space that all generations can gather and socialize.

The BIG NEWS: The Providence Bay & Spring Bay Lions Club has been granted a NATIONAL LET THEM BE KIDS HELPING HANDS AWARD! The award provides a 50/50 matching grant towards the purchase of playground equipment. For every 50 cents they raise, they will receive $1.00 in buying power.

THE ACTIVITY - In one day volunteers will build the playground structures, and revitalize the related playground structures.

THE IMPACT - Active  participation in the community that develops pride and ownership. An opportunity for all members of the community to connect through outdoor recreational opportunities.
